The Board of Directors Welcome You!
The Genesee Riverview Homeowner Association is a small, quaint and quiet community with a country-like atmosphere. We are located in the Town of Chili, 4 miles from The Marketplace Mall & Wegmans, and 6 miles from the Greater Rochester International airport. We are a part of the Wheatland-Chili Central School District, which was awarded the prestigious Middle States Accreditation in 2016. Reasonable taxes and increasing property values (plus the wonderful people living here!) make our neighborhood the “best kept secret in Monroe County!”
Partnership
The Genesee Riverview HOA is a partnership between the homeowners in our neighborhood. We have chosen to live in a setting where we pool some of our resources together for the upkeep and betterment of our community. As a non-profit organization, the HOA is governed by the terms and conditions of the HOA Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, and by the HOA By-Laws. The documents have been recorded at the Monroe County Clerk Office, are a public record and can be obtained at the Clerk’s Office for a fee, or via the County website, monroecounty.gov.
Participation
The administration of the HOA governing documents is done through the 5-member volunteer HOA Board of Directors, elected by the community homeowners. Other community members are also involved in Architectural Standards Committee
decisions and Social Committee activities. Our community is managed by the Woodbridge Group and we the Board encourage you to contact Woodbridge for more information about the community and the HOA, at 585-385- 3331.
